Right to Return:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 30 days from the delivery date without providing a reason, except for the personalized SyncSleeve Plus product.

Return Conditions:

- The product eligible for return must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

- The personalized SyncSleeve Plus product is not eligible for return.

- The item must not show signs of use or damage.

- All additional elements, user manuals, and documentation must be returned with the product.

Return Procedure:

- To initiate a return, the customer should contact us via email at contact@syncsleeve.com within 30 days from the delivery date.

- In the email, the customer should provide the order number and a description of the product they wish to return.

- After receiving the return request, the SyncSleeve online store will respond with instructions on the next steps in the return process.

Return Costs:

- The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Refund:

- After receiving the returned goods and confirming that the product meets the return conditions, the SyncSleeve online store will refund the customer the full amount for the purchased goods along with the delivery cost.

- The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

The SyncSleeve Online Store Return Policy is effective from 19.10.2023 and is subject to change without prior notice. The customer is obliged to regularly check the return policy on the SyncSleeve online store website.
