Before ordering your SyncSleeve, ensure your measurements are precise. You can use a tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler. Refer to our technical illustration, which shows the measurement points (A, B, C).

• Bicep Circumference (A): Measure around the widest part of your bicep with the muscle relaxed.
• Wrist Circumference (B): Measure just below the wrist bone, as shown in the image below.
• Length (C): From where the sleeve starts (arm circumference - point A) to the point indicated on the technical drawing.

Remember, the arm circumference (point A) is the area where the sleeve should reach. This is a crucial reference for measuring the length (point C).
