SyncSleeve Online Store Delivery Policy

General Terms:
- We deliver exclusively within the European Union.
- Orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days from the order date.
Delivery Costs:
- The delivery cost ranges from 3 to 5 EUR, depending on the delivery method selected by the customer.
- Delivery is handled by Poczta Polska S.A.
Delivery Methods:
- All orders are delivered via Poczta Polska S.A.
Delivery Time:
- Delivery usually takes 4-14 business days from the date the package is dispatched.
- Poczta Polska S.A. delivers packages from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Tracking Number:
- After the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number, allowing them to monitor the delivery status.
Personal Pickup:
- We do not offer a personal pickup option for orders.
Customer Unavailability During Delivery:
- If the customer is unavailable during the delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice with information on how to collect the package.
Lost or Damaged Package:
- In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately at contact@syncsleeve.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
